• Once you validate the data that we have recovered for you, we’ll transfer it to DVDs if it is less than 8 GB otherwise you can bring your own storage device at no charge.

CASE 1.

This SSD came to us because it was not recognized by our customer’s laptop.

After an intensive troubleshooting procedure we had to replace the processor and some electronic components to make it work. After all this work, we had to fix some software issues to make a good clone and start the data recovery process.

CASE 2. 

 

This SSD came to us because it was recognized by our customer’s laptop but could not get the data back.

It was an electrical problem. One of the switching power supply on board was bad. It was fixed and we were able to recover data. Some recovered files could not open.
