SSD (Solid State Drive)
SOLID STATE DRIVES:
When your SSD (Solid State Drive) is not recognized by your laptop or PC and you don’t have access to it anymore is because your SSD might have a physical problem itself. It could be:
Mechanical issues:
- Broken connector
- Broken logic board, etc.
Electronic issues:
- Burn electronic component
- No voltage at all, etc.
Firmware issue:
- Corrupted modules in microcontroller
- Bad NAND areas, etc.
...very simple,
At XIMATIC we are mechanical, electronic and IT engineers with a lot of knowledge, infrastructure and experience to deal with all these type of situations on your SSD. We have been doing this job, recovering data, for the last 10 years, every single day. We know and understand typical failures on SSDs but when typical procedures of recovery don’t work, we can engineer a solution for your specific type of issues on your SSD. We’ll keep going until we get it or all options of recovery are depleted or your data is not useful anymore, at no extra charge. Utilizing state-of-the-art software and microscopic soldering techniques, Ximatic can repair virtually any SSD problem.
When you bring your SSD to us you will get:
- Free
evaluation done in front of you so you can understand what is going on with
your SSD. You are welcome to ask questions during the process.
- We’ll let
you know about options of recovery, time frame and price. No obligation.
- If you
approve our quote we will try to fix your SSD to gain access and clone it.
- Once this
step is over we’ll proceed with the data recovery process to get your files
back to life so you can have your data.
- Once you
validate the data that we have recovered for you, we’ll transfer it to DVDs if
it is less than 8 GB otherwise you can bring your own storage device at no
charge.
- If for any
reason your data is unrecoverable there is NO charge for data recovery
services.
Some work done:
CASE 1.
This SSD came to us because it was not recognized by our customer’s laptop.
After an intensive troubleshooting procedure we had to replace the processor and some electronic components to make it work. After all this work, we had to fix some software issues to make a good clone and start the data recovery process.
Data recovered: 100%.
CASE 2.
This SSD came to us because it was recognized by our customer’s laptop but could not get the data back.
It was an electrical problem. One of the switching power supply on board was bad. It was fixed and we were able to recover data. Some recovered files could not open.
Data recovered: 90%.
LOGICAL DATA RECOVERY SERVICE: Price range $ 499 to $ 999.
PHYSICAL DATA RECOVERY SERVICE: Price range $ 999 to $ 1999. plus parts if necessary
